About the self aquired property and ancestral

We are family of 3 brothers. My father had said whose and which property is to be issued.So I had built a rent house and thought that I gave 70% of revenue from the rent house to my mother's healthcare and medicine expences but after their both demise my younger brother has filed a suit case against me that I have used the rent money to buy properties in my name but I had bought my self aquired properties by my business .What is the solution for it?
to prove that you got the property by your money earned by your own business, you should be able to show the accounts of your business and your bank transactions. you can also bring the evidence of people aquainted with you
