About my house ancestors property selling issue

If my father gives my ancestral house danaa patra to my my mother and my mother now selling that property without my sign it is valid or not can I put a stay order or case in that property.
If it is ancestral in Ke legal sense/ definition then your father could not legally gift it to anyone in the first place. However , even now if you can prove that it is truly ancestral you can prevent its sale.

No, the ancestral property cannot be sold without consent of successors in case of major and in case of minority of the successors the mother might have to take permission from the court. And if property disposed without consent can be reclaimed. The property is required to be sold with prior consent from the successor.
