Ability of sister to sell the property registered on her name

My sister husband take origional property paper from my sister but property is registered to my sister ,is my sister husband is able to sell that property?
whoever has the property can sell it and does not need any permission from anybody else being the legal owner of the said property. However you can obtain an injunction in order to prevent her from selling the property

No, property can not be sold by her husband even if he has property documents but to avoid any unfortunate situation you should write a letter to the sub-registrar office in form of intimation and also a legal notice to your husband mentioning that he has the original property paper and not to dare to sell the property on the basis of original property paper.
