48 mtrs flat map is not passed for 3rd floor, is it safe to buy

Hi, I am planning to buy thrid floor in Delhi with roof. However, most of the flats does not have approved map for thrid floor since earlier only 2 floors were allowed. People says its legal even if you dont have passed map. This is a 48 meters property constructed on plot. Is it safe to buy property

From the contents of your query it is evident that the property is not legally approved by the authorities. Don't go for the property knowing fully that the map is not approved for the third floor. Further to remove all your doubts you can seek detailed consultancy and get your property papers verified

Though old construction flat are protected from demolishing but then it is always under unauthorised construction n MCD has power to demolish it. Why don’t u get approved MAP for its construction. This way u will on safer side …

Before purchasing a property make sure that it's ours there is a shared it executed in your favour and valid sanction plan has been approved by the concerned authority like mcd only in that case you can become the legitimate owner of a property don't go for power of attorney or by other means to purchase the property thank you
