2. OSAppeal filed in the bench of madras high court - dismissed.
is it possible to file 2nd appeal in madras high court instead of going for supreme court?

You seem to have exhausted all options here before the Madras High Court. OS Appeal was before the single bench or two judge bench. You did not provide enough information. If it was before the single bench then you have a chance for second appeal before the two judge bench. Otherwise Supreme Court will be the destination.

after the judgement in tajamal case No appeal can arise from the rejection of plaint so mattresses clearly given the judgement alka not be raised against rejection of client so there is no possibility for the second apple in the book is the apple is allowed by that quote and secondary high court said the person has no apple remedy and so the person cannot go for a pill and if needed the pill and confirm the lawyer court judgement
