How to take legal action please let me know,married in 2001 without my knowledge sold all his properties, and so much debts which are not to my knowledge,having illegal affairs
Muslim personal law permits a man to have up to four wives simultaneously, but it doesn't allow women to have multiple husbands.
A Muslim man must obtain a valid divorce from his first wife before marrying a second wife, and a Muslim woman must divorce her first husband before remarrying.
A second marriage under Muslim law is not considered void if it's contracted according to the rules of Shariat.
