Wife ran away with cash and re-married have three kids what to do

My wife is got married with out divorce and my 3 children 9 4 and 2 year can I claim & punishment with her and she is runway 2 lakh cash.We are muslim. How to punish her?
You can file for restitution to bring your wife back home. You can also file for custody of your children in the family court. You can file an FIR under section 494 of IPC. Your wife will be arrested by the police once the FIR is logged.
