My Wife is mentally discarded she went away from my home and stayed in her parental home for four years and returned and she is torturing me daily how to get separation as per Muslim law
Good Morning Sir.. If your wife wants divorce and you also have no objection for the same. Then you both can approach to a kazi and your wife can apply for khula and you can give khula basing on some conditions.
