What to do when wife runaway without giving divorce and remarried?

my wife is runway with third person.she is married with him.i have no my divorce and talakh and police no take legal action please help me sir what to do.

First file a police complaint against your wife and the person with whom she has left. You can go to the Kazi near you and ask him to initiate divorce proceedings. He will call your wife for mutual divorce or to return back to your house. He will help you with the divorce
