What is the procedure for Khula?
To get Khula you need to approach the Dar-ul-Qaza of the concerned area. There you'll have to state the reason why you want a Khula. The dar-ul-Qaza will then make an attempt towards reconciliation between estranged spouse and upon failure of the same shall grant Khula to both the parties.
