Under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, a divorced women including Muslim Women can ask her husband to pay maintenance till her last breath or till she remarries.
Also, Section 3 (1) of The Muslim Women( Protection of rights on divorce) act, 1986 provides maintenance to women.

Preliminary Opinion: A Muslim woman can get rights by way of maintenance u.s 125 of CRPC. She can also get a right in the house but will depend according to the peculiar facts and circumstances. For the right of the child she can seek for the permanent custody by showing that welfare of child is only possible with the mother but hat too will depend on the facts and circumstances as mentioned above.
