Time needed for talaq under muslim law for a wife?

I am a Muslim sunni women and its been 7months i got married .i need talaq from my husband.for that can i approach quazi or should i have to wait until completion of 1year.and if i approach quazi how much time it takes for me to get talaq??

No you do not have to wait for one year. You can approach the Qazi. Time taken by Qazi will depend on him. Normally they call the other party and hear them too. If the Husband agrees to end the marriage, it will be khula. Otherwise Qazi will have to annul the marriage, i.e. Faskh.

If ur husband has delegated u right of khula ,mubarat yhen u can repudiate this marriage but if not, u should go for divorce under dissolution of marriage act. In mubarat you and ur husband both may get rid of this relation.for more details you may contact me.
