dada ke property pe pote potio ka hi haq hota hai beto ka koi haq nahi hai bap ke property pe beto ke beto ka haq aur beto ke betio ka haq hota hai samazlo aap aap ki behan aur aap ke ammi itane hi hai dada ke waris to pure property me 4 hisse honge aur 2 aap ko milenge 1 behan ko 1 ammi ko hissa milega ye sharyat hai aur iske lia koi court ka judgment nahi lagata to bhi kai sare hai khud agar Google pe dalo he to lakho miljayenge it's settled law hai

Muslim Law (Shariat) ke hisaab se inheritance from ancestral property ka koi concept nahi hai. Aapke dada jabtak hayat the woh property ke sath kuch bhi kar sakte the, for eg. unke poto potiyo ko de sakte the (via gift deed) but unke inteqaal k baad unke bachho ka haq hota hai us property par. Aapki case me aapke walid ka inteqaal aapke dada se pehle hua, isliye aapka aapke dada ki property pe haq nahi ho sakta hai.
