Under which law a brother in law of female cn inherit her property under muslim law when all other legal heirs are not alive like father mother husband n no chidrens

Under Muslim personal law, inheritance depends on the class of heirs. A brother-in-law is generally not a direct heir. Rights, if any, depend on surviving relatives and the applicable Sunni/Shia law as per the concerned provisions of law.
