Share of daughter in mother's property according shia personal law.

The property is belongs to mother solely. Mother was the owner of property & it was not transferred from her husband. Property was purchased by her. She left behind 3 sons and 3 daughters. According to Shia Imam, daughter have equal share in mother's property. He has provided same in written also along his stamp. Will court consider it? Please let us know about this according shia personal law.

A daughter's share under shia law :
If there is son, her share is one half the share of son.
If there is no son, and she is alone, she takes 1/2 alone.
If there are are other daughters, she shares 2/3 jointly with them.
