Procedure to file divorce under Muslim law

1.I am a Muslim and How can i apply for Divorce as my wife is continuously fling false case on me like 498a in 2015,got bail she applied for cancellation ofABA i took that from HC. 2. She Filed false DV in Magistrate unfortunately maintenance order is passed. 3.She Filed Crpc 125 in family Court unfortunately maintenance order is passed after showing that already paying from DV. 4.She want's to stay with me now she has filed RCR in family but but i dont want to stay how can 5.ABA was granted and charge sheet is file now, very difficult to get surety, the surety which we had given earlier 4 surety against 4 accused 13 months back in Police Station now none of them is ready to come in court giving Excuses. very disfficult for us.ABA order considered rs.15000 surety Bond in it. plz suggest as Every lawyer is taking our case for their Income only not showing personal Interest in our matter. 6. Need Divorce from Wife as per Shariah law how can i proceed as shes stays in her parential home.

Such kind of matters are always against the husband irrespective of the truth in the allegations of a wife. The only way such matters resolve are through settlement between husband and wife either to cohabit or to get separated.
Mostly, settlement is done after the husband offers hefty amount to the wife and in return the wife withdraws cases . While doing so a notarized agreement to the effect should be prepared. However, the 498A matter cannot be withdrawn by the wife but she has to become hostile while giving her evidence before court.
One more option to resolve the issue amicably is to approach the darul Qaza and try to bring both parties face to face before a Mufti who would give his judgement in the light is Sharia.
