Procedure to claim maintenance from husband under Muslim Law

I'm a muslim women my husband done second marriage I have three children's and I don't have any property or monthly income my husband is leaving in Saudi now he came to India for marriage he told me clearly that he will come only two three years I'm not assure that guy will give me continuously monthly expenses also so what I will what step should I take can I give qula plz give me suggestions
File maintenance case in the court under 125 crpc and school fees etc and then subsequently file dvc case so that he would be bind to pay the same. You can contact me i will help you out in this regard.
