Procedure in case of court marriage in case of shia and sunni

I and the person i love both are muslim but i am sunni and he is shia muslim.. So is there any law about shia sunni court marriage?
There is no different law for Shia and sunni as far as our country is concerned. If both of you want to get married you can follow the normal Islamic rituals to get married.
There is no bar in both of you to marry each other at least from laws prospective.
