Permission for second marriage if muslim government employee

I am a Muslim and appointed as a teacher in basic shiksha parishad up. I have no children with my present wife after 15 years of marriage. Doctors removed her uterous in an operation. Can I get permission to marry a second women.
Yes, Why not? But you have to give Divorce to your first Wife, as under UP Law, if you want to do a Government Job, you should have got married with a one Woman and you should have two jobs only as far as know I have knowledge about the UP Laws.
