Partition on property as per Muslim Law

My Grandfather Died in 2010 he has some property and he has 3 sons and 1 daughter. In 2006 he exhibit a Hiba favouring all his property to 3 sons Witness signed 1. Grand mom and two others. My question is "Daughter can claim her Potion of Partition in property as her Right?
yes. the daughter is having right against the property. she can file a partition suit for her rights. if the grandfather has acquired property on his own income then Hiba is valid and you can not take advantage of filing the case.
