My wife is no more and her bank deposits don't have any nominee

Being a husband I have claimed the money but bank is asking for certificate from Jama-I-eth stating the legal heirs of my wife, please guide what exactly this is or what all documents are sufficient to claim the money, father and mother of my wife had passed away when she was 9yr old and so she is not having any death certificate of them what can be presented in lieu of death certificate

show bank marriage certificate if it's not show them aadhar card if it also not then make an application in court for declaring your self for legal ahire of your wife it will take 6 months and between that make application to rbi for and give right to information application to bank for asking what document they take for deciding this kind of issue now according to SC court banks also come under RTI
