Iam permanent resident USA my wife filed 498a,306,506,my parents and others family members live here also ,should I file anticipatory bail in India or conjugal restitution rights ,child custody first ,which is better,since anticipatory bail is required or not ,since Iam not in India

hello, if she filed 498 a case its compulsory to take a bail and she already isseu a LOC notice then you have to reply her by court or else you will arrest from airport,and later its upto you to file divorce case, rcr case,child custody case etc last dont worry advocate will handle without your presence.
