Aap Maintenance mang sakte ho Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 ke tahat, Aap Muslim Personal Law ke tahat bhi Maintenancd mang sakte ho aur aapko milega bhi, agar aap ke paas income ka koi aur zariya nahi hai, aap padi likhi nahi hai aur apne Pati pe Guzzar bhatte ke liye aashrit thi.
