Wife pre planned acts and throws out husband with help of her parents. Husband filed complaint case to magistrate for illegal acts of his wife and her parents. she Kept husbands mobile, made digital fake data to incriminate and filed a case under sec 12 DV Act 2005. Wife being greedy is asking beyond reach amounts. under what section of law can husband file divorce in the family courts. Is religious processes required or affidavits stating talaq, provided to court and wife for 3 month adequate.
