Muslim divorce law and validity of my divorce

I have given divorce to my wife. But sending 3 divorce in the months,after sending 2 meditation notice through A Qazi. My wife took 2 divorce but refused to take third. Is my divorce valid? She haven't. Chalenge the divorce yet. She also took the Meher and Iddat amount, which was sent along with the divorce. Is my divorce valid?
Well, your Divorce is not valid, as she refused to Divorce you for the third time. However, as she took your Iddat Amount, I suggest you to file a case against her for Recovery of the Iddat Amount within a prescribed limitation period.
