Muslim boy wants to marry Hindu girl how to proceed by law

I love a hindu girl and we want to merry , how can we do marriege according to muslim law and indian law.
According to Muslim law you have to convert her in Islam than only you can marry to her and according Indian law you have to go to marriage registrar and registered your marriage prior to one month of your marriage
