Greetings of the day. We have perused the contents of your query for your estranged matrimonial issue. Do seek s detailed legal consultation from a lawyer having expertise in matrimonial laws. Do brief him about the facts and get the MOU legally perused to enable the lawyer to tender his considered legal opinion. Prima Facie it is contempt of court as mediation agreement once pen down and executed has to be adhered to.

Yes you can definitely go for mutual divorce Mutual divorce may be filed once contested is even filed There exists no bar to the same and in fact it is the easiest course of action to follow Thus a mutual divorce is maintainable in the present case

She can withdraw her consent any time in matrimonial matter and u can only go for petition of contempt of court for not abiding terms of MOU. For quashing concerns u need to go to SLP at hon’ble Supreme Court. U need to hire expert advocate in this regard. Plz b in touch Thanks
