Is there a legal way to make sure if the husband take wife back again he will be safe and wife further can’t put false allegations on him or his family members?
Well, there is rarely any way as such, via which, you can get assured, that, wife will not create any trouble for you and stop putting false allegations on you and your family, if you become ready to accept her before Court. However, an exception still exists, which is the only rarest of rare remedy which you have is to seek written promises from your Wife before the Court on Affidavit, if she breaks such promises later on by putting false allegations on you and your family, then, the Court will punish her for it
