Inquiry about the Muslim law for the threatening from in laws

Hi this is Farheen, my husband and mother in law is threatening me to leave my current job to stay with them also they husband is threatening me that he will call for talaq. I don't want to loose my relationship simply they are keeping allegations on me just to leave me to marry some other woman from their relatives. They used to torture me a lot.
it is understandable that you do not want to leave the relationship and you may also not be ready to leave the job. if this is the situation right now you cannot do anything but wait for them to do something illegal. is yours a good job ?
