I got married on May 2018, my wife mom is creating issues

I got married on may 2018 to a small village girl. We married in our hometown and than moved to mumbai (my workplace). Since that day,she had been discussing all bedroom related talk between us to her mom and sister.Her Jija use to message her on whatsapp in night 12 using her elder sister phone. Her jija younger sister use to call at 12 with unknown numbers. Once I caught. She have never started more than 4 days in my hometown and but use to abuse my parents in front of me... I was silent. One day we were intimate around 11 o clock in night she is telling she is missing g her maternal aunt son(14) I said what and slept. I kept on ignoring.. one day In night she said she is missing another maternal brother (24). One day I found a note in her phone "I love the fact that I love u very much and more" I told her mother about it she called me day after and scolded me.her photos were getting viral on whatsapp. Her father was coming for bidai I told him we need to discuss he didn't.
