Husband not responding to Qazi

I wish to understand my rights and the legal recourse available to me under Muslim personal law, specifically in relation to initiating Khula.
Over a year ago, my husband abruptly abandoned me without any justification. Since then, I have made several sincere and humble attempts to reconcile with him. Despite my efforts, he has remained emotionally and physically distant. He has not only refused to resume our marital life, but has also been extremely disrespectful towards me and my family
you have right to seek maintenance from your husband, but khula is something offered by a wife which accepted by husband and fuck in separation. you can try the way pilot suit for dissolution of marriage are separate night available to you under law.
