Husband is already married and concealed the fact, please advise

I have been married since a year. My husband cheated on me and married me without telling me that he is already married and has 2 kids. His first wife is a Hindu and is staying in his parents home and not ready for divorce. We both married through the special marriage act. He is a Hindu and I am a Muslim. Can I claim maintenance or property from him? Can his wife file a case against him anytime regarding this or case will not be taken if a certain time period is over?Please help me with a advice.
first, your marriages will be unvoidble, has to be proved by court, if first wife can file a case. u can file a complain, go to court directly. another u can . claim for maintannce, his wife can file a case against him, u are also file a case against your husband regarding wrong merraiges, and limitations of time period is not problem on your case. both wifes has equal rights on husbands property. for second wife, u can tace all procudure as per hindu law.
