How to Legally divorce my wife according to Muslim Law

I have been married for three years but been live separately from my wife since a year ago. we don't have mutual understanding and now i would like to move on with my life. i am a muslim and wife converted to Islam before marry but still practicing hindu. my wife does not want to divorce but i already can not live with her. if i do talaq-e-bain is it legally approved? how can i take legal divorce?
you can divorce her by applying proper procedure of taalq-e- ahsan and documenting everything in writing after proper legal vetting. you have to be very careful because she may accuse you of triple talaq if you do not follow proper legal procedure.
