How can I give my muslim surname to hindu kids ?

Greetings sir, i am mohammad javed from visakhapatnam. Sir i am a muslim and i've staying with already married with 2 kids hindu women for since 4 years. Sir i changed they name as a muslim, doba padma as salma begum, doba harshawardhan as mohammad sami, doba varshini as sony begum. sir i really dont want to change they names. Sir when i go to school for her kids admission the school asked me a father id proof. Her wife relative asked her husband about his id proofs but her husband said he wont give any kind of proofs and said who are they i dont know them. so after i changed they name doba padma as salma begum, doba harshawardhan as mohammad sami, doba varshini as sony begum. Sir i dont want to change but what should i do sir i have no option cause i cant give my surname as (mohammad harshawardhan) so i changed as mohammad sami. sir actually i want to continue them as they first name and as hindu. what should i do and how could i keep they name in hindu and give surname.

You can obtain the copies of birth certificate of the children from municipality or obtain a family member certificate from Mandal Revenue office and produce the same in school to prove the hindu identity and surname of the child.
The biological father cannot deny the identity rights of the children as it is against the law.
Also you can provide the religious conversion certificate from nearby imam to prove that the children and their mother have converted to islam.
