Girlfriend's parents have kept her under house arrest

I belongs to hindu community and my lover belongs to muslim community, she left her house, but their parents convienced me like they will think and accept to marry her, as of now she was house arrested and they refused to accept me, what step can i take now legally, plz suggest Note: we have physical or sexual contact more than 5 times. And one more thing right now i dont have any medium to communicate with her.
If the girl is major and confined against her will is against law. It is illegal to detain anyone regardless of relation with them. You have few remedies
1. You can file complaint in local police that you both want to marry and her parents are illegally detained her. Police will do the rest.
2. You can file a Writ Petition Habeas Corpus in High Court.
