Engineer working wife claim maintenance?

Husband had filed RCR after which filed false 498a case and FIR against his family has been booked. After getting harrassed by police under false 498a case, Husband files divorce case.. now the wife has filed maintenance case, she is engineer by profession and earning above 55k . How to dismiss this maintenance petition.
lt is not to stated whether the couple have any child and the wife has taken it with her. Assuming that there is no child you will have to fight out this maintenance case filed by her by showing her income and that she had no valid reason to desert you. have you obtained bail and filed for quashing of the false cases.?
