Per Muslim (Sunni law) they can claim share from mother’s property as she is the absolute title holder of the property. Although you can always litigate the matter if you have sufficient proofs to prove that your deceased spouse bought the property with the money given by your parents. If so, you can claim to return the money given by your parents from legal heirs. Moreover, you can claim maintenance and mehr as well. Good Luck.
