What are the essential ingredients/steps for a valid talaq e ahsan when wife is living separately from 2years

separation up to 7 years will validate to bri g in action talaqul ahsan essential ingredients are 1. it should not be given in ighlaaz (fit of anger, where one is unable to understand his doings) 2. in between the period of 3 tuhrs ( menstruation cycle) of q month gap. 3. 2 persons of sound mind (male) or 1 male or 2 females as witness. talaq sended by speed post or postal communication is voidable.
