Respected sir i want to perform second marriage as I don't have any kid from first wife, I am an employee from Muslim background
Does it effect my employment anyway

What are the rules and acts that can be implemented
U need to take permission from you first wife for performing second marriage or u need to get divorce with her for having second marriage , u can’t straight away get married again while serving in govt department
