2nd marriage without concent of 1st wife

I have lived for only 2 months with my 1st wife and now we're living apart for almost 2 months. I have send her notice for mutual concent divorce but now she's sayin she will not give me divorce. So in this scenario, can I have 2nd marriage without 1st wife's concent as we're not living together?

For Muslims, a husband may marry while having first wife. In your case you too may marry second time provided that your first wife did not specifically had condition of no second marriage in the nikahnama.
