i just wanted to ask that an auto rikshaw is carrying 4 passengers and at the plus(+) road they meet with an accident and the passenger in the auto gets injured . so who is responsible for the injury the passenger - the auto rikshaw driver or the 2 wheeler driver.
In auch case autorickshaw passenger has a choice to proceed against with the vehicle owners and respective insurance companies.
Also it is necessaey to check police papers once.
