What are my rights if traffic police is harassing me

sir what should i do if a traffic police is harassing me evenmy documents are ok and harassing
Was this a regular police man or a traffic police person? Both Bangalore Police and Traffic Police have facebook pages. Publicise this incident there and ask them to take action.
File a complaint in writing with the commissioner of police, with all the details of the incident as you recall - including any identifiers of the police man in question. Higher ups are usually sympathetic to genuine complaints brought through a formal process.
File an FIR regarding the incident at the jurisdictional police station.
Please understand that you will have to show some spine if you want this character to be prosecuted. It's not easy, but if you want some closure and sense of justice, you will need to be the exception and bite the bullet. I am sure these guys abuse their power all the time and 99 out of a 100 people submit meekly. Chose which side you want to be on and make your peace with it.
I would recommend that you also seek formal legal counsel from a known criminal lawyer. Nothing makes these guys $%$$ in their pants faster than knowing that formal legal counsel is involved in the case. DO NOT go to an unknown lawyer picked at random - this might cause you more grief than relief.
If you want to bring this to the notice of people then the media - the Bangalore Mirror etc., are good platforms to do this as well.
