Unfair FIR, please guide me through legally

In the past I've faced an accident, I was on a bike and an activa rider with a pillion next to me, because that guy next to me took a sudden turn and there was no space to maneuver my bike to escape, we collided. Although he was at fault, I saw a critical injury to the primary rider, I immediately called an ambulance followed by a call to the police to inform the accident and didn't try to hit and run at all.
