Someone hit my car from whom can I ask for extra damaged

Someone hit my car from behind FIR was lodged my insurance company is paying the damage but the extra expenditure which accrued who will bear it and from where can I claim it
If FIR has been lodged then the accsued is supposed to face trial. File a case for accidental claim in the competent court and after serving notice to the other party, he will appear in the court. You should put pressure on the accused then only he will pay you damages. Don't be afraid of court proceedings,be patient. You will definitely win. All the best
