Regarding vehicle lying unrepaired at Service Centre
23-Jan-2023 (In Motor Accident Law)
I have an authorised service centre of Tata motors passenger cars. There are many accidental vehicle at the workshop, received for the repairing, but due to some reason, vehicle owner have not confirmed the repairing process till now. Whats the legal process to dispose such vehicles as they have no use with us and owner is also not taking any interest to get the vehicle repaired. some vehicles are here since more than 2 or 3 years.
pls suggest the legal way to deal with it.
well, you must have to enquire such person who has handovered the cocerned vehicle to repair. Inspite of this ,if conerned owner/person doesn't recive their respective vehicle then you may institute report before police station as a SANHA, & kept safely its reciving copy , which will protect you from abnormal situation in future
