Regarding Hit And Run case..to a human ..in side if the road..
13-Feb-2023 (In Motor Accident Law)
I was walking in my right side ..side to road only..on scooty with men drunk hit me from back....i had 6 stitches in my inner mouth ..and some wounds in my knee and elbow....the men who was on scooty also injured .. now should i file an FIR against that men.. ....my ques is i dont want to file any fir ..but some one said..u should file because the driver can file FIR on us ..So for our safety we should file FIR...
it's good if you will file FIR , driver is not going to file FIR he is accused under section 279 IPC why he is going to file FIR against you.
