Can i get a PCC from India in UK if i have been charged U/S 279 and 304 A (Bailable Offences ) ?
You need to apply for the same first. If the case is withdrawn or you are discharged from the liability of the charges that were levied on you then you can get your PCC. But if the case is still actively pending then it will be written in your PCC that can create problems in future. So it's advisable to first of all clear all your cases.
