cops seized my rc in india gate..i didnt broke any rule..i was wearing the helmet.they stopped me for checking but i didnt carry documents like puc and insurance and DL..so they seized my RC ..after that i went to my college in other city...its almost been 4 to 5 months and i cant ride my scooty can anyone help me what to do and where should i go...
When police officer seized your scooty he gave you a challan, in bottom of challan you you will get details of court and next date, if date has been passed then move an application to put up you challan as earlier date is possible, pay fine and get released your scooty...

They gave you the date to appear before the patiala house court most probably beacuse india gate comes in Patiala house courts. See your challan paper and go to patiala house court and enquire the next date of court hearing on your challan.
