My brother met an accident with a 4-5 year boy,FIR filed against him

My brother was driving the bike on road and 4-5 year boy while playing thrashed with the bike.The child was immediately taken to hospital by my brother.He was bleeding fom head.Now the child is fine.The family of the victim take my brother to police station and a FIR lodged against him.My brother is preparing for a government job.Is he going to affect from all this in his carreer?

has the fir been lodged against your brother if yes under what sections has the police registered the FIR. Secondly kindly speak to the parents and try to settle the matter. IF the case goes on then your brother wont be able to get a Govt. job
