Motor accident filed under IPC 304A on NH16 near kakinada - Annavaram

FIR lodged against me under 304A, after an accident on NH16 in which driver of that bike died. I was driving my car. Although, it was not my fault but in charge sheet police accused me of rash driving. How to handle the case?
